Connect to Proshikanet using your registration card. Place Reg ID as login name and PIN as password. After logging on, go to http://www.proshikanet.com and click on the New Account button and follow the steps stated in that page.
Question : How can I Refill my prepaid account ?
Answer : There are two ways one can Refill his/her prepaid account for Proshikanet:

Go to http://www.proshikanet.com and click on the Refill Minutes button and follow the steps stated in that page. You can also refill your account after entering your control panel where you will find a link for refilling your account.

By using Proshikanet Dialer :
Those who are using Proshikanet Dialer can easily refill their accounts simply by clicking on the refill tab and by placing necessary information on the boxes.

Note: The effect of the Refill process will take place next time you login to Proshikanet.
Question : When should I refill ?
Answer : Remember that you cannot login when you have zero credit and you will be disconnected from online when your credit becomes zero.
-  Refill your card at the first warning or be alert to buy another refill card.
-  When you get an alert message it is wise to refill immediately.
Question : How can I logon when there is no credit left in my account ?
Answer : All you need is to buy a Proshikanet Refill card. Connect to Proshikanet using your new refill card. Place 'Refill ID' as login name and PIN as password. After logging on, go to http://www.proshikanet.com and click on the Refill Minutes button and follow the steps stated in that page.

Answer : There are three ways one can change his/her Email password:

By using our web-mail client :
Go to http://www.proshikanet.com and check your email. After the successful entrance in your email box, you will find an option namely Password. From there, you can also change your email password.

By using Proshikanet Dialer :
By using Proshikanet Dialer one can easily change his / her login password simply by clicking on the Email pass tab and by placing necessary information on the boxes.
Question : How can I protect my account ?
Answer : Especially from virus and unauthorized login:
- For the safety of your computer, precaution rather than removing virus is a wise decision. 
- Don't open any .exe file until & unless you are sure that the file is not infected or someone known to you has recommended opening it.
- Follow the same instruction for .pif file.
- A double extension file is usually infected.
- To protect your account from unauthorized login the simplest way is to set PC Based authentication [One of the Proshikanet Dialer features] and change the password frequently.
- Never disclose your password to anyone.
- Do not write your password; memorize it.
- Set password a little bit difficult and different from your favorite and personal information. 
- Use complex words. Do not use meaningful words. Your password should contain letters from both upper & lower case. Use both alphabet and numeric values within your password.
