Proshikanet  Auto mail Services 

  Proshikanet has developed an automatic email service by which you can control and get information about your account. You can do the following tasks by your email.

   How to see the account status? Send email as follows:  
a.      To : myaccount@bdonline.com
b.      Subject: Account Status

c.       Send the blank email. You will receive an auto reply with your account Status.
   How to get your Detail Log? Send email as follows:  
a.      To : myaccount@bdonline.com
b.      Subject: View Log
c.    Type the following in your message box.

From = dd/mm/yy

To = dd/mm/yy

Where dd represents day, mm represents month & yy represents year.

Send the mail.

You may get maximum 200 logs by the process.

To get last 50 logs, send blank mail with subject log.

   How to see the Card History? Send email as follows:  
a.      To : myaccount@bdonline.com
b.      Subject:
Card History
c.   
   Send the blank e-mail now. An auto reply email will be generated from us containing the details    regarding the history of the card (Refill Log).
   How to change your login password? Send email as follows:  
a.      To : myaccount@bdonline.com
b.      Subje
ct: Change Password
c.    Type the following in your message box.

- User Name: Your user name

- Old Password: Your current login password

- New Password: Your new login password that you want.

- Send the mail.

Note: Remember that the reply contains the success message only. So, keep the password in mind and delete it from your Outbox, Sent Items & Trash Box for your password security.

   How to Refill your account? Send email as follows:  
a.      To : myaccount@bdonline.com
b.      Subje
ct: Refill minutes
c.    Type the following in your message box.

- User Name: Your user name

- Refill ID: Refill ID number

- PIN: PIN number
